***Note: The Goal Setting Spreadsheet is a 97-2003 Excel Document. PR = Personal Record (aka - best time). G = Goal Time. Input best times in the yellow column, and input goal times in the blue column. Times must be entered in a MINUTES:SECONDS.TENTHS/HUNDREDTHS format. I.E. 00:35.59 or 01:19.19 or 3:02.32. Remember to SAVE the document to your PC or laptop. The swimmers will be responsible for completing the spreadsheet when requested to do so (with parental assistance as needed) and responsible for updating if and when goal times are achieved.
